Batch It! Pro v4.0 is the fourth major upgrade of Batch It Pro. Version 4.0 requires us to rewrite the program bottom up to include the following features. 

1) It sports a totally new theme. Each Panel is dockable which allows you to customize how you want the program to look. 

2) Breaking the limits on the number of images you can process, the file listing manager is powered by a database engine. In the former versions, the file listings were stored in memory.

3) The program no longer restricted by the limits imposed by the Windows bitmap format and can easily handle 4 megapixels images and above. It is only limited by the computer's RAM.

4) It comes built with a more efficient memory management core which prevents out of memory space issues. 

5) The file manager is built with a functional Database Grid which allows you to define how you want your images to be sorted. 

6) Real-time Image Preview is support. This allows you to preview any images with the changes in real-time. 

7) Customization File name change. With Batch It! Pro v4.0, you could define how your images would be renamed. You could use the filename changer or rename images individually. 

8) Supports creating image in frames. This allows you to create uniform sized images which is a requirement for some software and services on the web while still maintaining image dimensions. Images which have larger dimensions would be downsize to fit into the frame. 

9) The filename changer comes integrated with the image processor to make it even easier to use. 

10) Knowing how important the original images are, the program allows you to backup all images to a zip file or a separate file location for safe keeping. 

11) Allows text captioning of file name, date and time unto images apart from the standard text.

12) Supports Multiple directories processing while retaining directory structure. 

13) Includes a Stop Emergency button to stop the image processing function.

14) Allows Drag and Drop of file names from Windows Explorer into Batch It! Pro. 

15) Supports Old Picture effects. This allows you to create slightly washed out images to give the illustration that it was taken years ago.

16) Supports Auto-equalization. This feature allows the system to adjust picture intensity and contrast for images which may be too dark or too bright. 

17) Updated Watermark function. This function now supports transparent background for images without an Alpha-blending channels. It allows you to determine how sensitive the transparent process is.
