Control Center

The Control Center is the main screen where you would do most of your work. It is made up of 4 main components.

 

Filename Listing

 

This is where the file names are loaded in. It allows you to set image orientation too. By clicking on a filename, the image would appear in the image preview windows.

 

Other functions includes delete files from list and rearranging files sequence.

 

You can also sort the filenames by descending or ascending order by using the popup menu's 'Sort Ascending' and 'Sort Descending' options. You can activate the popup menu by clicking the right-most button of the mouse when pointing the mouse pointer on the file list.

Set All Display Name to File Name

Clear the Display Name Column

Set All Orientation to Rotate counterclockwise 90 degrees

Set All to Rotate Right 90

Set All Orientation to Rotate clockwise 90 degrees

Set All to Rotate 180

Set All Orientation to Rotate 180 degrees

Set All to Flip Left

Set All Orientation to Mirror Flip Left

Set All to Flip Right

Set All Orientation to Mirror Flip Right

Delete Selected Images

Image Preview

 

When you click on a filename on the filename listing, the image preview would load the image in the image preview window. It also shows processed files when used in conjunction with the Preview One or the Process All button.
 
To view a full size image, double-click on the image preview window.

 

In the Before picture, you can perform several individual image editing by using the popup menu by clicking the right-most mouse button.

- Rotate the Image 90 degrees to the left

- Rotate the Image 90 degrees to the right

- Flip the Image from Left to Right

- By defining the crop area and clicking Crop would crop the image

- Set Automated Crop Dimension (X1, Y1, X2 and Y2 parameters)

- Set Automated Text Caption 1 Position (X1 and Y1)

- Set Automated Watermark 1 Position (X1 and Y1)

- Set Automated Text Caption 2 Position (X1 and Y1)

- Set Automated Watermark 2 Position (X1 and Y1)

 

- Activate the Color Adjustment Module

- Activate the Image Effects Module

 

- Undo Changes

- Save Changes to existing image

- Allows saving to different image location

- Show Image Properties

 

 

Control Buttons

 

There are 7 buttons on the Control Center.

 

Load File and Load Folder would allow you to load images to the filename Listing window for processing.

 

Reload Folder would load images from the folder previously selected by the Load Folder option. This is particularly useful if there are changes in the folder. If the folder has not be selected earlier , Reload Folder function would revert to the Load Folder mode.

 

Scan Image would function if you have a TWAIN-compatible scanner. It allows you to scan images directly from a scanner. After scanning, it would ask you for a filename to save the image as.

 

Backup All would allow you to backup all original images in the file listing. All backups are done in the commonly available ZIP format. Use this function to backup original images prior to processing, this will allow you to preserve the original files.

 

Note : All processed files cannot be reverted and thus using the Backup All method would allow you to revert if necessary.

 

Clear List clears the Filename listing and give you a clean slate to work with.

 

Preview One lets you preview a single image with the set changes.

 

Process All begin the batch image processes to the images based on the set changes.

 

Status Window

 

When you click on the image filename in the Filename Listing windows, the Status Windows shows the image dimensions.

 

During image processing, it will show resizing and saving information.

 

Load/Save Files to Grid Profile

 

By default, the program does not save the file listings at Control Center. To save the file listing for subsequently load, use this option.

 

To Save, click the right-most mouse button at the File Listing and do a Save Files to Grid Profile. To Load, click the right-most mouse button at the File Listing and do a Load Files to Grid Profile.

 

Note : When reloading the files, the system does not check if the files exists.
