CM Batch Photo Processor (Mac) v1.1.23 Available

We are pleased to announce the release of CM Batch Photo Processor (Mac) v1.1.23 on the Mac App Store.

As we mentioned earlier, the v1.1.22 had and issue where the “Evaluation Version” was splashed on the App Title and we decided it was best to remove it from the App Store. At the moment, we submitted a new update and took out our trump card and asked Apple to expedite the review instead of having our clients wait 2 to 3 weeks for the update under normal circumstances.

We are pleased that Apple accepted our request and CM Batch Photo Processor went into review several hours ago and has been accepted.

Please update to this version as it offers OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion Compatibility and fixes several bugs.

CM Batch Photo Processor (Mac) v1.1.22 Taken Off the App Store

We were informed that the newly updated CM Batch Photo Processor v1.1.22 was approved on the Mac App Store. This version fixes some compatibility issues with Mountain Lion and also with the non-Retina Display Mac where the icon is not showing.

However, due to the fact that we tried to rush out that update, we inevitably neglected to remove the “Evaluation Copy” text in the Application Title. This was done with a quick fix copy we shipped out to some of our clients who needed the fix while waiting for Apple to approve our app.

Before of this error on our part, the new v1.1.22 had the “Evaluation Copy” in the App Title which would probably generate a number of misunderstanding. We have decided to submit a new update to Apple for their approval which is currently in review. Based on our experience with Apple, they normally take between 2 to 4  weeks to review the app and once that is done, we would re-list CM Batch Photo Processor on the App Store.

We have submitted a request for an expedited review and if they accept our request, we should expect the App to be available on the App Store on the 1st or 2nd week of September 2012.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
