Batch It Ultra v4.14 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of Batch It Ultra v4.14.

This update fixes an oversight which did not adjust the EXIF Orientation after the image has been rotated.

JBatch It v6.09 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of JBatch It v6.09. This update fixes a bug which causes the Drop Shadow Effect to show up as a solid black border. The Drop Shadow Effect has been moved to be the last effect to be applied to the images.

Batch It Pro v5.10 Released

We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of Batch It Pro v5.10. This update remembers the Load and Save Directory Paths which allows you to open up to the last opened folder the next time you select the folders.

This update fixes a bug which causes the drop down menu settings not to be loaded when Load Profiles is being used. There are several internal changes which requires the user to save the profiles again with the new version to get it working.

Prior to this update, Font Size only accepts input from the Drop Down Menu option which features Font Sizes which are Anti-aliased. However, with this update, you can manually enter a font size.

Windows App – Unable to Load from Profile Bug

It was brought to our attention that the Load Profile no longer works for JBatch It, Batch It, Batch It Pro, iRedSoft Image Resizer and others. We have isolated the issue and issued a fix to JBatch It. We will be applying the necessary fixes within the next few days.

Change of Payment Processor to FastSpring

We are pleased to announce the change of Payment Processor to FastSpring.com with immediate effect.

We were using Plimus.com in the past but with their recent payout, we noticed a steep increase in processing fees rate which we are not prepared to pass to our valued customers.

Fastspring is a pro-active payment processor which suits our needs well and we will continue working with them in the foreseeable future. Fastspring supports all major credit cards and paypal.

As such, we are increasing our regular discount rates from 10% to the current 15% in light of the change.
